#tips to handle #morningsickness
OMG!!! I literally had the worst of worst experiences with the (morning sickness) ..
Here are a few tips to take the nausea away:
1. Ask your pharmacist for pregnant friendly medication...
2. Eating is extremely important during early stages of your pregnancy therefore:
Eat the following- salty cracks, provitas, cream crackers, dry toast or toast with marmite along with black tea (rooibos tea or English tea) I preferred the strawberry and vanilla rooibos kiddies flavored tea...theeee best..
3. Make ginger juice - helps minimize the nausea
4. Continue nibbling on something you like...
5. Eat fruits and drink a lot of water..
This really helped me minimize the nausea
